Wander around the garden, watch the fish in the pond, enjoy the beautiful scenery, bring a picnic lunch and eat at a table in the woods, sit on the hummingbird porch and count the hummingbirds, listen to the fountain, smell the roses, and visit our gallery.

If you are fascinated by hummingbirds, you can sit on the "hummingbird porch" and watch hummingbirds feed, fight, and fly. The hummingbirds arrive in April. The males arrive first and scout out the territory. The females arrive several weeks later. We always make sure to have the feeders out when the males arrive so they will stay. These photos were taken by visiting photographer Bruce Gaucher. Both of these pictures are of black chin females.
